1) Do we offer pre tied bowties?

At this time we only manufacture self tie bowties.

 

2) Can you send us fabric for us to make a custom bowtie for you?

This is a club member only option, not open to the public.

 

3) How long does it take to ship my order?

On orders up to five bowties will ship in 10-14 business days

 

4) What if I need a bowtie faster?

We do offer express service on bowtie orders up to 5 bowties for an additional $20 (per bowtie) and we guarantee shipping in 72 hours from the time the order is received or your money back.

 

5) How does the necktie conversion work?

Send us a necktie that is not stained excessively or badly worn. We reserve the right to refuse any necktie we deem unusable.

Be sure to include the shirt collar size (not your skin measurement) with your order.

Be sure to select your bowtie shape. We offer the Jackson, Diamond, and Classic shapes

Allow 14 business days for shipping.

 

6) How do I join the  Jay Austin Bowtie Club?

Simply purchase your membership from our online store.

 

7) Do I have to select all of my eight bowties that come with my membership at one time?

No you do not have to select them all at once and you can choose to send raw fabric (1/2 yard) a necktie to have converted or choose one of our custom bowties  from our online store.

 

8 ) What makes a Jay Austin Bowtie different?

We purposely select fabrics that do not fray after a few times of you wearing your custom bowtie. The majority  of the fabrics we use will not fray at all! This means you have better looking bowties that you can enjoy for years unlike some other high end bowties that simply fray easy.

9) Do you have a referral program?

We feel word of mouth advertising is still the ultimate form of advertising. So be sure to let us know who you are referring to us so we can get you a free bowtie on your first referral. Any referrals after that we will issue you a $10 gift certificate good in our network of vendors and with Jay Austin Bowties.

 

10) What is a 1 of 1?

A 1 of 1 is a bowtie has been made of a fabric we will only use once. These instant heirlooms are made of fabrics chosen because of their uniqueness and in order to keep it special we only make one.

 

11)  Where are your ties made?

All of our custom bowties are hand made in Atlanta GA.

 

12) Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes we offer gifts certificate redeemable with Jay Austin Bowties and our affiliates. Our gift certificates can be purchase from our sales representatives or our online store.
